Making Reservations
         If you wish to make reservations with us, please do the following:

    1.  Check our Calendar on this site to see available dates.

    2.  Please e-mail us at or phone us at 904-641-8159 to verify information.

    3.  We can immediately set aside your dates and give you 10 days to send your Reservation/Security Deposit.

    4.  Print our Rental Agreement under the "Policies" button. (Print a copy for you to keep and
         then sign a copy to send with your $250.00 Deposit.  When signing this agreement, please initial each page.)

     5.  We would also appreciate another e-mail from you stating you have mailed your deposit and contract.

CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 PM

CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 am

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING

  REMEMBER:  Your deposit is due 10 Days after making phone or e-mail reservations.  The remainder of your payment is due 2 weeks before your stay if you are in the States and 4 weeks before your stay if you reside out of the Country.

                  Always Add a $70.00 One Time Cleaning Fee  + a 9% Tax to your Payment.

We accept Cashiers Checks, Money orders, or personal Checks in U.S. currency only.
