We had the
loveliest time at your condo!!! You have
thought of everything a person could
possibly need to have at the beach....that
they did not pack for themselves!! The beds
were very comfortable which we needed after
a long day of riding the boogie boards in
the surf!! Your hospitality was a 100%+!!

a wonderful vacation. It could not have been
more perfect. Your condo was just what our
family needed to relax and enjoy our time in
St. Augustine. You certainly are well
equipped and everything was just super
clean. We love the way you decorated your
place. We especially enjoyed all the
conveniences you supply in your kitchen. And
thank you for the extra toiletries, the
great bottle of wine, and the snack tray.
You run your rental just like a 5 star
hotel. The beach cart sure came in handy
too. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We
hope to be back next year.

Thank you for
helping us escape the cold weather to your
beautiful place! We thought everything was
wonderful and had so much fun. The view from
the balcony was so nice and the breeze very
refreshing. We enjoyed such pleasant sunrise
walks to the beach and often stopped in at
the pool for a little sun. You are
beautifully decorated and you had everything
ready for our us. We can't wait to come back
next year, can I put in my reservation now?

My family and
I had our best vacation ever staying at your
condo! The St. Augustine Beach was wonderful
and we loved jumping into the pool on the
way back to your great condo. You have
thought of everything anyone could need. My
children loved the toys and kids movies, and
my husband and I loved the restaurant you
suggested, it was also nice having a full
kitchen to cook for the family. My husband
appreciated the great surf and having easy
wifi internet for when he needed to check in
with work. Thanks for having the high chair
and portacrib all ready for us! We went to
Marineland, Old St. Augustine, and the
outlet malls while we were there. We felt
like we were staying in a tropical paradise
resort while we were in your condo!

We really
loved this condo for our beach vacation.
Very clean and well decorated. Everything
like new! Kitchen was well furnished with
everything needed to cook for my family.
Kids enjoyed videos, games and toys. We
appreciated the extra warm greeting by the
owner and she answered all our questions
about dining out and going into St.
Augustine. We will definitely tell our
friends and family about our great stay at
Beso del Sol. And we look forward to
returning next year!

that more special. You definitely stock the
condo with everything anyone would ever
need. We particularly appreciated the
stroller for our 2 year old. We have already
recommended your condo to two other couples.
Next time we come we will stay for a week. 3
nights was not long enough.-

02/22/08 This apartment was beautifully furnished and complete
with every necessary comfort. There were plenty of towels, kitchen
utensils and cooking spices, etc. Besides that our hosts greeted us with
a wonderful basket of goodies. This was an unexpected and delightful

I can't find the perfect words to describe how awesome our stay at your
condo was! From the minute we met you at the condo and felt your warm
welcome, to finding all the goodies you had left for us: wine, snacks,
bathroom toiletries, and a snowman filled with goodies for Laura! Not to
mention all the videos you had for us to use. And I'm not even
mentioning the beautiful decor, the wonderful ocean view, the pools, the
tennis courts, the shuffle board, the location so close to St.
Augustine, I could go on and on. We can't say enough about what a
wonderful stay it was. We wished it could have been longer! Next time we
will skip Disney first, and just spend more time taking advantage of
your wonderful condo! To anyone looking at this condo - DON'T MISS IT!!!
The owners are delightful and honest, the condo is wonderful and this is
definitely a YES if you are having ANY doubts! Oh yeah, not to mention a
computer and library in the office building for use by guests! What more

We had a great week staying at your beautiful condo. The website and
pictures were instrumental in our choosing to come to Besodelsol, but
they do not do justice to how well you have prepared it. It is
impeccably appointed, with co-ordinated colors, themes of decorations,
artwork, and knick-knacks. You have given great thought and planning for
all the beach towels & toys, books, games, videos, and kitchen
implements that anyone could ever want to have for a beach vacation. And
the hospitality gifts of the goodie basket of treats, chocolate, and
bottle of wine made us feel like we were being welcomed into your home.

Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we enjoyed our
stay “honeymoon” at your condo. It was perfect. Especially sitting on
the patio in the evening and listening to the ocean. You have a
beautiful place and like all those that preceded us in saying “the
little touches made a big difference”. With all the running around on
the Fri. with the rehearsal and dinner afterwards, it was quite late
before we got to the condo. So it was really nice to get up the next
morning and find coffee in the cupboard to make a much needed pot! The
champagne you left and the beautiful basket made it all the nicer also.
I have already recommended your place to my sister who every year goes
somewhere with her grown daughter. I hope to visit St. Augustine again
next spring and will definitely check to see if your place is available.
